Delivery and Returns

Delivery

The Snuggles and Kisses clothing range is all handmade by us. We do keep a wide range of items and sizes in stock in the boutique, and when you order one of these we aim to get it to the courier within 36 hours. They'll then have it with you within 2-3 days. 

If you order a bespoke or personalised item, depending on how busy we are and the size of your order, it may take us 7-10 days for us to despatch your order. Please allow for this when ordering. 

If you need an item for a specific date, please let us know as we will always do our best to get it for you on time 

Whilst we will always try to accommodate any requests where we can, we can't guarantee delivery by a certain date. 

Returns

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase please send an email to snugglesandkissesboutique@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery. You'll have a further 14 days to return the items to us. This will be at your own expense, unless the item is faulty. 

Returned items must be in the same condition as you received them.

Personalised and bespoke items can not be returned, unless they are faulty.
