Refund policy

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase please send an email to snugglesandkissesboutique@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery. You'll have a further 14 days to return the items to us. This will be at your own expense, unless the item is faulty. 

Returned items must be in the same condition as you received them.

Personalised and bespoke items can not be returned, unless they are faulty.
